The new FMS (FMAX) is a web based facility management system used by Plant Operations for managing facets of its daily operations, maintenance, and workflow. The new FMS replaces the previous system which was in use until February 27, 2009.

Note: Most of the questions the FMS Help Desk receives are covered in the training and documentation or are password related. You may find an answer to your question in the links provided on this page.
Note: The database group of Plant IT has weekly staff meetings on Tuesdays from 10:30am to 11:30am and will be closed during that time. If there is a FMAX issue that needs to be addressed, please call or email FMS-Help and they will resolve it as soon as they can.
The new system requires a UM uniqname and kerberos password to log in. New users get basic permissions, if you need expanded access please contact the FMS Help Desk.
