We are located in the south wing of the Engineering Programs Building. We service over 35 university buildings located on North Campus including the Botanical Gardens complex and various rental properties. Our area of responsibility covers about 1,492,328 gross square footage of building space. We do not service University of Michigan housing units or Pierpont Commons.
