The Temperature Control/Test & Balance Shop provides the following maintenance, testing, and repair services:
- Heating and Cooling in Labs, Offices, Workspaces, and Classrooms:
We install, operate, and service all heating and cooling equipment in your building. This includes everything from your thermostat to your building HVAC control system.
- HVAC Control Systems:
Troubleshoot, service, repair, and upgrade heating, ventilating, and air conditioning control systems both small and large. We deal with pneumatic, electric, electronic, and DDC (computer) control systems.
- Fume Hood and Exhaust Systems:
We perform maintenance, calibration, and certification of fume hoods and exhaust equipment.
- Lab, Animal Room, and Building Pressurization Control:
We troubleshoot, service, and upgrade room pressurization systems in laboratories, research areas, animal quarters, and other spaces.
The Temperature Control/Test & Balance Shop also provides these specialty services:
- Air Balancing:
Complete Test, Balance, and Reporting services for Air and Water systems. We measure, adjust, and balance air and fluid flows in HVAC systems and provide complete reporting of results.
