About the Elevator Shop
The Elevator Shop is responsible for elevator and escalator maintenance and repair on the Ann Arbor campus of the University of Michigan. All elevator issues can be reported to the Plant Operations Call Center 24 hours per day, 365 days per year by calling 7-2059.
All emergencies should be reported to the Department of Public Safety at 763-1131.
