Work Management announces a PlantOps Shutdown Calendar in Outlook
Work Management is pleased to announce the initiation of a shutdown calendar in Outlook. When a shutdown is coordinated through Work Management's Shutdown Coordinator, it will be noted on the PlantOps Shutdown Calendar. The calendar can be accessed by anyone in Plant Operations. When viewing the calendar, items listed across the top are taking place over several days. Items listed in a particular time frame are taking place on that day during that time frame. If you double click on a particular item, you can view the notification that was sent out. We hope this additional communication tool is helpful for Plant Operations staff to be aware of shutdowns taking place across campus on any particular day. For Plant Operations employees wishing to view this Calendar:
In Outlook, go to File, scroll to Open, then scroll to Other User’s Folder.
In the Name field, type PlantOps Shutdown Calendar and click OK.
