9:10Eyes and Ears (Officer Brenda Yalkin)
The Eyes and Ears is a program is a program in which the Plant Department and DPS share. This presentation on the Eyes and Ears program is to help bring awareness to the community and when they should call DPS for assistance.

9:30The New and Improved Energy Management Website (Scott Wells)
This presentation highlights the changes to the Energy Management Website. Two new features are ENERGY HIGHLIGHT and BUILDING pages.

9:45MHC Ergonomic Grants and Awards (Pam Koczman)
The Michigan Healthy Community (MHC) is a campus-wide effort to encourage healthier living through increased activity, attention to physical safety in the workplace, and other health and wellness efforts. The Ergonomic Awareness Team is accepting applications for the 2nd Annual Grants and Awards Program through November 30th. The application process and examples of previous winners will be discussed.

10:20Strategic Plan Customer Feedback (Rich Robben)
Presentation of the customer feed back of the Strategic Plan that was presented to the group in May.

10:40Business & Finance Customer Survey Results (Lowell Hanson & John Lawter)
Lowell and John will be sharing the results of the B&F customer survey for their respective units. John will expand on his piece to give an update on the progress they are making in combining Building Services with Grounds and Waste Management. This will include updates on the CSPIT committee's efforts as well as any additional reorganization planned by the newly formed Plant Building and Grounds Services.
