| 9:05 | Pedestrian & Bicycle Safety Awareness (Patti Spence & Sue Gott) What is the pedestrian and bicycle safety awareness program? How can Facility Managers help? How does UPO attempt to manage traffic issues, lane closures, etc. during construction projects? What is the weekly construction coordination meeting? Answers to these questions, and more, will be presented during this session. |
| 9:25 | Exterior Elements Design Review Committee (Sue Gott) Sue Gott will provide a general overview of the Exterior Elements Design Review Committee (EEDR), what is the process for getting issues brought to the committee and what issues need review. She will also discuss the new public art committee. |
| 9:45 | Future FUN Meeting Topics - a Brainstorming Session (John Keedy) Help the FUN Steering Committee plan future sessions. What topics would you like to see discussed at future meetings? Together we will brainstorm ideas for upcoming FUN meetings. |

| 10:30 | Special Hazard Fire Protection Systems (Duane Lee) What are AFFF, FM-200 and Carbon Dioxide systems? DPS Fire Inspector, Duane Lee will discuss these special hazard fire protection systems; how they work, where they are located, required signage and identification, maintenance and inspection needs and more. We will also have a 10 minute video on FM-200 systems. |
| 11:00 | CoE Safety Initiatives (John Keedy) What programs and policies does the College of Engineering have in place for lab and general safety? We will discuss CoESafe, departmental safety committees, OSEH, CPR, first aid and AED training, emergency preparedness drills and much much more. |
