The latest area of major worldwide concern is the potential for a pandemic influenza to develop, which will have major impact on University students, staff, faculty, and operations in general. This session will discuss the potential threat we face, why it is a major concern for us, and some of the planning that is underway to mitigate the impacts. |

The general session on Emergency Preparedness Planning will cover the status of our Campus Plan, suggest some steps you can take and some resources you can consider for your own plan development and discuss how the campus Emergency Operations Center is structured to address this and other emergencies. |
