- Next FUN meeting will be held at the Mattaei Botanical Gardens Thursday October 19, from 9:00 to 11:30.
Bus service to the gardens will be provided starting from 1239 Kipke at 8:30am. Multiple bus stops will
be available throughout campus to and from the gardens. More details will be available the first of October.

| 9:40 | Energy Billing System (EBS): (Carol Varney)
Carol will provide an overview of the Energy Billing System (EBS) used by the Utilities Services group.
All purchased and generated utility charges pass through this system for payment, customer recharge and
reconciliation. Located both in house and on the web, EBS provides direct access to meter and building
cost and consumption data as well as historical data for budgeting and comparisons. Quick and easy
reporting capabilities are available online to all customers.
