10:30FCA reports, Part 3: Now it’s your turn! (Mike Bowen)
January and February FUN meeting FCA presentations were intended to give you a good understanding of our FCA program, where we are at and where we are headed, and give you the FCA tools so you can look at your buildings. Now it’s your turn! For the FCA portion of the meeting we’ll be in a Computer Lab at the Duderstadt Center. For those interested you’ll have the opportunity to access the FCA database and generate reports. Mike Bowen will be on hand to look over your shoulder if you’re having any problems navigating the FCA system. We’ll be looking at report 2.51 (the first report listed in the FCA instructions) as a standard building report for use to share building condition information with your Deans, Directors and Departments. We’ll also be discussing the next steps with FCA @ FUN… where do we go from here?

11:30Meeting adjourned

Notes:Children are welcome in the Duderstadt Center but they must be closely supervised at all times, and may not be able to enter some lab/studio areas.
Please plan extra time to find parking; if possible take the U of M commuter bus from central campus. Please see the Parking Services web site for additional maps http://www.parking.umich.edu/maps/index.html
