9:00Welcome, Introductions and Announcements
9:05Building Shutdown Coordination: (Jim Vibbart)
Plant Operations - Work Control has a couple of new features that FUN members will want to know about. Jim Vibbart will explain the new "Heads Up" feature that will allow FUN members (and others) to notify Plant Operations of special activities going on in your buildings - particularly activities going on outside of normal working hours. Plant Operations will use that information to plan and coordinate resources around your activities. Second, Jim and Cindy Fowler will briefly explain the new Shutdown Coordination service that Work Control has created. They will explain the process they've set up and, hopefully, how it will work to make FUN members lives a little less stressed!

9:25New Construction at the Business School: (Jim Murdock, Tom Schlaff and Graham Mercer)
The Ross School of Business will present an overview of its space planning process that led to the current plans to construct a new 270,000 sq. ft. building. Graham Mercer will review the space master plan developed with the assistance of the architectural firm of Kohn, Pederson, and Fox of New York. Jim Murdock will present the School's "decant" plan that allows for a continuation of all current operations during construction and the financing plan to accomplish the project. Tom Schlaff will present the construction plans and schedule that begins with the demolition of William Davidson Hall, Assembly Hall, and the Paton Accounting Center in May, 2006 with a new building completion target of Fall, 2008.

10:35FCA reports, Part 2: How cool is this! (Mike Bowen, Vicky Hueter and Dave Norton)
In this session we'll do a quick review of the material from last time, hear from some users, and discuss the homework assignment. If you did the homework then today's demonstration on how to use FCA will be easier to follow. If you didn't do the homework… not to worry, you'll get another opportunity following this session.

11:30Meeting adjourned

Notes:Do you have a topic that you would like the FUN group to discuss at a future meeting or would you like to become a member of the FUN Steering committee? You can email your suggestions or name to either Jack Novodoff (Jack Novodoff (get address) (38.103.63.61)) or Rick Richter (Richard Richter (get address) (38.103.63.61)).
