The C.A.R.E. Team is pleased to announce that the CA Short Company, a national award program, has agreed to temporarily support our employee recognition program until a permanent vendor is selected.

The CA Short Company offers a wide range of items at varying levels. Nearly 80% of their merchandise is warehoused at their Shelby, North Carolina headquarters. This means faster delivery to you. In addition, you can choose to have your order delivered directly to your home address or to our central location (109 Madison).

The main difference between the former program and the temporary program is that CA Short uses point values whereas the C.A.R.E. Program is based on number of coupons/coupon levels. Each C.A.R.E. Coupon will equal 260 points. For example, two coupons equals 520 points, three equals 780 … ten equals 2600, etc.

If you are using an Internet Explorer browser, please visit the website at http://www.casawards.com/michigan to explore the wide array of items available. The User ID is blue and the password is 1817. If you have questions about the item, its availability or delivery time, please call the company directly at 1-800-535-5690 for immediate assistance.

Please note note that University of Michigan guidelines state that program points may not be redeemed for any item considered to be a weapon or an accessory to a weapon (hunting knives, gun scopes, etc.).

Once you've decided which item(s) to order, please use our online form to place your order. If you don't have computer access, please contact your supervisor or CARE representative for assistance. To ensure delivery of in-stock items before the holidays, please place your order by Friday, December 1.
