Announcements

There is not an early payroll cut-off for the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday. However, we do ask that departments follow the outline below for processing Time and Leave to assure that the December 4th biweekly paycheck is correct.

11/15/09 - 11/28/09 Time and Leave Entries:

• Timecard entries for 11/15-11/28/09 must be entered by Monday November 30th, 2009 at Noon. If you are not able to meet this deadline, please communicate this to PPAPO.

Exception schedules for the Holiday week of 11/22/09:

• Schedules need to be communicated to "PlantOps PPAPO General Email" by 12:00 noon - Monday, November 16, 2009.
• Please use the attached forms when submitting the exception schedules
  1. Single Employee form
     • Use this for one employee only
     • Fill out the week/weeks completely
     • Days off are to remain blank
  2. Multiple Employees form
     • Use when multiple employees have the same schedule change
     • Fill out the week/weeks completely
     • Days off are to remain blank
  3. These Forms must be sent electronically to PPAPO General email - no paper forms will be accepted
  4. In order to meet the guideline of Supervisors approval, they must be carbon copied (cc) on the email if they are not sending the form themselves

Thanksgiving Holiday Auto Pay program for 11/26/09 and 11/27/09:
~PPAPO will send out holiday sheets for review and approval on November 19, 2009.
~We ask that you please return them to PPAPO by the end of the day on Monday, November 23rd, 2009.

December Accruals:
~As a reminder, Accruals will run on Tuesday, December 1, 2009. All Leave time through November 30th 2009 needs to be entered by December 1, 2009 by 10:00am.

Monthly Special Payment forms:
~The due date remains 11/15/09.
